    Originally from Peru, has been committed to fitness training for over 5 years, Specializing in flexibility, she emphasizes mobility and movement to maintain agility and prevent injury. Her proficiency in banded strength training has allowed her to build functional strength by targeting specific muscle groups and improving overall stability.

    With a strong foundation in nutrition, Fernanda ensures her approach is comprehensive, fueling the body for optimal performance and recovery. Her holistic methodology integrates flexibility, strength, and nutrition to promote a balanced, sustainable lifestyle. Fernanda is dedicated to guiding others in achieving their fitness goals while maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
