Workation?
Own a coliving, hostel, or mountain venue? This is your invitation to run your own workation chapter — with our community, experience, and support behind you. Low risk, real income, and something you can genuinely call yours.
What does hosting involve?
Provide the space
Bedrooms (private or shared), a coworking area with tables and power, good WiFi, and a shared kitchen or dining room. We currently run colivings in Switzerland and Montenegro — mountain or coastal locations preferred.
Food & kitchen
Breakfast daily + community dinners. Smaller groups cook together in a shared community kitchen. For larger groups we can hire a local cook — flexible on what works best for your venue.
Commit to dates
We plan 5–14 day chapters. You block the dates 1–6 months ahead. Minimum 8 beds per chapter for the model to work.
You lead the chapter
You're responsible for the program — the welcome, the vibe, the whole experience. We design it together with you upfront and support you throughout. You bring it to life.
What you get as a host
Revenue share or your own rate
Either a revenue share on bookings, or a flat accommodation rate agreed upfront — whatever model works best for you and your venue.
Marketing & distribution
Your venue featured on nomad-workation.com, in our newsletter (2,000+ subscribers), social media, and partner networks including Bansko Nomad Fest.
International guests
Our community is from 30+ countries. Participants are professionals aged 25–80 — respectful, motivated, and great for your online reviews.
Season extension
We specifically target shoulder and off-season periods (Apr–May, Oct–Nov) when beds are hardest to fill — turning your quiet months into steady income.
Low risk to start
Your first chapter is a test run — not everything needs to be perfect. We help you learn and improve. Many hosts run several chapters a year once they find their rhythm.

Run the chapter
You host and lead the chapter. We support you on marketing, community, and logistics. First one is a test — improve and repeat.
